How can I get less Pimples?
I am a school captain, and I have pimples! and I don’t want to have pimples as a school captain for 2008. so what can I do to make it better? what kinds of foods do I have to eat..etc..
and I am a vegetarian so no meat foods..

The first key to pimple free skin is to keep it clean. Wash your face with a mild cleanser when you wake, before you go to bed and after any activity during which you work up a sweat. Never use regular soap, it will dry your skin out, leaving it susceptible to more break outs. If you have moderate to severe Acne, purchase an acne cream containing benzoyl peroxide and use it after you cleanse your face.
